MISSED APPOINTMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us and they are reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments may be necessary. In order to provide the best service to all our patients, we respectfully request at least 48-hours notice if you need to reschedule or wish to cancel an appointment. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Any appointment missed or changed without 48-hour notice will result in a charge of $50 ($100 for appointments that are one hour or longer). Any missed appointments, also known as "no-show," will result in a $50 fee for every 15 minutes of scheduled appointment time. Fees must be paid prior to booking further appointments.

BOTOX®

Dysport®

• $3.67/unit for under 90 units and $3.33/unit for 90+ units

At list price, the costs of BOTOX and Dysport appear to be significantly different, that is because a unit of BOTOX and a unit of Dysport are not the same. Typically, a unit of BOTOX is the same as 3 units of Dysport. So, if a patient needs 30 units of BOTOX, the same patient will need about 90 units of Dysport for equal results.

Note: If you're accustomed to receiving BOTOX, the Dysport pricing equates to $11/unit for under 30 units and $10/unit for 30+ units.

We carry the full Juvederm and Galderma lines of fillers. Prices range from $650-$750 per syringe.
